Jessica Rosenbaum

Jessica Rosenbaum, MSW, MBA, is the Director of Network Operations for Full Circle Health Network.  She is responsible for the design, implementation, and management of operational strategy and procedures.   She is dedicated to developing a value driven culture through transparency and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Jessica has over 20 years of Behavioral Health experience.  Starting out as a clinical social worker, Jessica was able to inspire hope in clients and challenge systemic norms to achieve improved outcomes.  After 13 years as a clinician, she earned her MBA and began working for healthcare systems organizations.  Jessica has spent the last 9 years implementing client contracts, developing products, building systems, and designing operational processes.  Her unique ability to understand business rules and turn them into working systems sets her apart from her peers.
