Tone Reyes

Tone Reyes joined the Catalyst Team as Program Advisor in 2024. He brings over 28 years of direct care, training, and leadership experience working in community programs, mental health, and substance abuse services systems in both the non-profit and private sectors. Tone has been in leadership roles in Group Homes and Short-Term Residential Therapeutic Programs in Ventura County.

He brings substantial experience in the leadership and administration of treatment services in both campus and community care-site models, including program development, supervision, and training, staffing, and scheduling, milieu management, therapeutic recreation, and integration of direct care and treatment providers.

Throughout Tone’s professional journey, his compassion towards young people and their families, has allowed for a relational care approach and trauma informed delivery of services. These beliefs are evident in his work as a leader, trainer, mentor.
