Rhonda Young

Rhonda Young is a Senior Program Analyst for the Catalyst Center. Rhonda obtained a Master of Social Work (MSW) Degree in 2015. As a professional, Rhonda has over 13 years of experience in social services, including child welfare services, mental health, and medical social work.  She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and experienced in providing technical assistance to child welfare agencies and residential care providers to support youth with unmet complex needs. Rhonda is involved in creating alternative and accessible permanency supportive services for families encountering systems that perpetuate racism and oppression in the Sacramento Region.
