Dawn McLelland

Dawn McLelland is an Executive Assistant with the Catalyst Center. She has 20+ years of administrative experience. Prior to working with the Alliance, she worked for 8 years as the Office Manager for an East Bay community-based nonprofit organization serving at-risk young people and their families. Her experience there was her first working in a non-profit setting, and she has never looked back. She is motivated and encouraged by the work itself, the people she works with and, most importantly, the people they serve. Dawn was born and raised in the Chicago suburbs and lived in Wisconsin and Minnesota before moving to California in 2003. She graduated from Western Illinois University with a degree in Liberal Arts.
