Cinnamon McCellen

Cinnamon McCellen has always had a passion for the next generation and has worked in various fields serving youth across Los Angeles County. After receiving her Bachelor's in Sociology, Cinnamon started her career in the foster care and mental health system. In 2015, Cinnamon became a Direct Care Staff at Hillsides Residential Facility and quickly found serving foster care youth was her greatest desire. Cinnamon became a Unit Supervisor, where she created and developed programs for youth receiving services in residential settings and trained and equipped direct care staff to be effective in their roles. Cinnamon will have completed her Masters in Organizational Leadership in April 2023. Cinnamon is excited to be a part of the Catalyst Center Team. She is ready to create change in our child welfare system to ensure the youth and families in our care receive the best services and support they deserve and provide staff within this field with the appropriate tools to succeed.
