2026–2027 Board of Directors Announced
Sacramento, Calif —The California Alliance of Child and Family Services today announced the results of its 2026–2027 Board of Directors election. Members elected new leadership to guide the organization's work supporting foster family agencies, short-term residential treatment programs, and behavioral health programs across California.
Andrew Timbie, CEO of Sierra Vista Child & Family Services, moves into the role of President after serving as President-Elect this past year. The CA Alliance thanks Timbie for his contributions over the last year and looks forward to his leadership and direction in the important year ahead.
Kathy McCarthy, CEO of Pacific Clinics, transitions from President to Past President. McCarthy led the organization through a challenging year with federal cuts and significant challenges impacting non-profit providers, and the CA Alliance is grateful for her leadership and thankful she remains connected as Past President to help guide the organization forward.
Leticia Galyean of Seneca Family of Agencies was elected Vice President and President-Elect. Lyn Morris of Didi Hirsch and Christine Garcia of Side By Side were elected as Members-at-Large. Lena Wilson of Vista Del Mar Child & Family Services was re-elected as Los Angeles Region Representative, and Anna Gleason of Summitview Child & Family Services was elected Northern Region Representative.
Members were also elected to the CA Alliance's Nominating and Membership Committees, along with Program Committee Chairs and Board Representatives across the organization's Adoption, Education, Juvenile Justice, Prevention, and Residential Care Committees.
